Banana Balls

4 raw bananas
-
2 large boiled potatoes (peeled and mashed)

100 g paneer (cottage cheese)

½ cup finely ground sabudana (tapioca pearls) / buckwheat flour / water chestnut flour (whichever is available)

1 tsp each of ginger paste, green chili paste, and black pepper powder

Sendha namak (rock salt), mint powder, and finely chopped coriander leaves

Oil for frying
Method:

Cut paneer into 1-inch cubes, sprinkle lightly with salt and black pepper, and set aside.

Mix all the ingredients together (except oil and paneer) to form a smooth dough.

Divide the mixture into portions equal to the number of paneer cubes.

Take one portion, flatten it on your palm, place one paneer cube inside, and seal it properly to form a ball.

Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the balls until golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato-coriander chutney or any chutney of your choice.

पनीर 100 ग्राम, 1/2 कप बारीक पिसा साबूदाना/कुट्टू /सिंघाड़े का आटा

1-1 टी स्पून अदरक, हरी मिर्च पिसी, काली मिर्च पावडर
सेंधा नमक तथा पुदीना पावडर, बारीक कटा हरा धनिया
तलने के लिए तेल.....
